Victorian Malleefowl Recovery Group Reporting Back Weekend 2025

The annual reporting back gathering of the Victorian Malleefowl Recovery Group will be held on Saturday 17 May 2025 at the Senior Citizens Hall in Conness St, Chiltern, Victoria.

A light lunch is provided at 12midday and the presentations begin at 1.00 pm.

The Reporting Back weekend is the opportunity for members and friends of the VMRG to hear Dr. Joe Benshemesh present the Annual Report on Malleefowl Monitoring in Victoria for the 2024 – 2025 breeding season.

Updates on existing and upcoming projects and partnerships will also be presented.

Everyone is invited to enjoy dinner at the Telegraph Hotel in Chiltern at their own expense on Saturday 17 May from 6pm.

An excursion to Chiltern, Mt Pilot National Park will be led by local experts on plant and birdlife on the morning of Sunday 18 May for those staying on.

Members will be emailed the program and registration will open on Monday 21 April 2025 and close on 9 May 2025.
