- Duration: 2 Full Days
- Format: Virtual
- Prerequisite: you must have completed the 2 day Crucial Conversations for Mastering Dialogue training course
Criteria to become a certified trainer include:
- Previous facilitation experience is helpful but not essential
- Sign a Trainer Agreement with Crucial Learning
- Attend a one hour, virtual Orientation Meeting held 4 weeks prior to the certification training
- To become fully accredited, you must facilitate 3 programs per year and report them on the Lives Impacted Portal
