In preparation for your Virtual Wellbeing Session:
- Set up a comfortable space, without distraction, that will support you in being present throughout the session.
- To make yourself as comfortable as possible, we recommend a cushion and blanket.
- Make sure your device (smartphone/tablet/laptop or computer) is connected to a strong internet or mobile service.
