Join us for a Flow Yoga class like no other. Prepare to feel stretched, relaxed and in tune with your body throughout this class. Our flow classes are designed to cultivate heat in the body with creative sequences involving: sun salutations; standing and seated postures; back bending; arm balancing; and a strong focus on breath awareness. Suitable for beginners to advanced.
