Start the morning with a warm welcome and introductions within the WingWoman Tribe. Break the ice with a confidence-themed activity designed to highlight your strengths and encourage connection.

2. Reflective Guided Walk
Walk through the beautiful Treasury Gardens while reflecting on empowering prompts, such as:

“What does confidence mean to me?”
“What’s one bold decision I’ve made that I’m proud of?”
“What steps can I take to show up confidently in my life?”

Share your reflections with your fellow walkers which is ideal for personal introspection.

3. Coffee & Confidence-Building Session
After the walk, gather at a nearby café to deepen the conversation and explore strategies to nurture confidence. Together, we’ll:

Reflect on moments where you’ve shown courage and strength.
Identify practical ways to build confidence in daily life.
Share empowering stories and insights to inspire one another.

4. Take-Home Guide
