Warwick to Clifton return with two course lunch
0830 Arrive at Warwick Railway Station Brosnan Crescent, Warwick QLD. Free parking is available. You will be allocated a railway carriage and seat. Toilets are available on the platform.
0900 Train departs from Warwick Railway Station.
Our train will depart the bustling town of Warwick which is the centre of the Darling Downs with its sandstone buildings, Morgan Park race track, Polocrosse, and home to the Jumpers and Jazz festival
On our way we will travel through some of the best farmland cultivating, Sorghum crops, sunflower fields and many more. This along with livestock farms of both Horse and cows creates a picturesque backdrop looking towards part of the Great Dividing Range
1040 Train arrives at Clifton Railway Station. Alight and walk the town and have lunch at a local café or various hotels. Please check with carriage attendant or train manager regarding which venue your booking is at. If you have booked the optional two course lunch, the meal is included in your ticket price.
At Clifton you will have the opportunity to wander through the many stalls and activities and join in the festivities of "Country Week" or have a look at the Clifton Cinema, still operating and showcasing bygone days, visit the gift shops before heading off to your lunch
1345 Please be at the Clifton Station platform and take your allocated seat on the train.
1400 Train departs Clifton Railway Station for Warwick.
1530 Train arrives at the Warwick Railway Station.

Please plan to arrive at the Warwick Railway Station, Brosnan Cres, Warwick at least 30 minutes before departure.
Please Note:
- If you would like to sit in a carriage with friends that have booked tickets separately from you, you need to email "events@downsexplorer.org.au" and let us know the name the tickets were booked in and the number of tickets booked ASAP. If you do not email us and let us know, you may be seated in separate carriages. Please do not phone.
- If you have a dietery requirement of a medical nature please email us at "events@downsexplorer.org.au" with details at least 1(one) week prior to travel. We will be unable to meet your requirements if advised on the day
We make every endeavour to ensure that tours operate as advertised. Unfortunately, this may not always be possible owing to unforeseen circumstances such as total fire bans or mechanical failures. In such events we reserve the right to make whatever changes are necessary, without compensation. However, any changes made will only be after we have exhausted all reasonable efforts to provide the tour as advertised.
Where steam is unavailable, we will replace it with our Heritage Diesel Locomotive.
Times shown on brochures are subject to approval of the relevant authorities and could differ on the day. Correct times will be advised on your tickets or by special email.
Some services may cancel at short notice. You will be notified by email.
