Please email us at events@downsexplorer.org.au (please do not call) with your name and your friends names and the date of your tour and we will do our best to place you together

Please go to the email with your ticket and you will find there is a refund option. Follow the procedures to secure your refund. 
If you would like to rebook then go online at the Downs Explorer website and book the tour you would prefer.
