Water Leadership Workshop

An interactive workshop featuring Kevin Young, Managing Director of Sydney Water speaking about his personal leadership experience and Dr André Taylor, Leadership Specialist with the International WaterCentre who will share with you his expert knowledge on how to network and exert influence.

OVERVIEW

In this workshop you will learn by example, and through active learning you will discover how to become a more effective influential leader within your organisation.

This workshop will focus on learning from Kevin’s experience as an executive water leader, learning about social networking and exerting influence as a key leadership skill, and collectively explore the concept of a ‘water leadership network’ in Sydney.
