Weekly Meditation Class every Wednesday in Maroochydore at Yoga In Daily Life

Suitable for all levels, and everyone is welcome to this class. We focus on developing a practice that supports mindfulness, self-care, and self-regulation. This is a drop in class where we revisit a variety of techniques, so if you don't make it each week that's ok, you can pick up what you missed at the next class!
This class is structured in a way that's fun, engaging, and you have the opportunity to discuss specific challenges and goals with the teacher and class. Discovering what styles of meditation best suit you is the key to developing a solid practice, and in this class you have the opportunity to learn many different styles so you can find what works best.
You don't need to have any experience with meditation, and if you feel like you're crap and don't know where to begin, this class is definitely for you! We all have to start somewhere, so know you're not alone and are very welcome here.
Please wear comfy clothes and bring along a meditation cushion if you have one (no worries if you don't, I have plenty!)
You are welcome to pay entry upon attendence, that way you don't need to pay the in built fees are. No bookings necessary, you're welcome to simply come along.
