1. We'll start with an invigorating pilates session with Pri from @pri.pilates_, where you'll connect with your body and discover the joy of movement.
2. We will then discover the art of self-soothing with Jess from @surskin. Through breathwork, mindful movement, and nurturing practices, reconnect with your emotions and cultivate a deeper sense of balance and self-compassion.
3. Then, take a moment to unwind and restore during our rejuvenating sauna/ice-bath experience led by Teale. Let the healing power of heat and cold revitalize your body, leaving you feeling refreshed and renewed.
4. Rounding out the morning with snacks & coffee from @doghousecoffee. This will also be your opportunityu to chit chat to the other girls there and make some meaningful connections.
