Start with fresh WA seafood, including oysters, prawns, poached salmon, blue swimmer crab, cheese and charcuterie platters, and fresh seasonal salads before diving into a hot buffet of roast beef with mustard gravy, creamy baked gnocchi with garlic mushrooms and grilled barramundi with tomato, octopus and basil. It wouldn’t be Easter without something sweet… We’re finishing things off with mini cakes, chocolate easter eggs, hot cross buns, and a warm bread & butter pudding.
