Back for another installment of Whey, Wine & Wagyu, a fun-filled event showcasing beef from Margaret River Wagyu, local and imported cheeses and wine from esteemed wine makers Penfolds. For those who have attended our events before, you know they're always a great time. And for those who haven't, this is the perfect opportunity to join in.

Our resident food and wine guru, Terry, will be your host. Executive Chef Malcolm will be in the kitchen, and our friends from Margret River Wagyu and Quality Meats will be joining us. Together, we'll take you on a culinary journey featuring wines from Victoria, Western Australian Wagyu beef, and cheeses as well as other products exclusively from these regions.

  • Roasted cauliflower and “Shadows of Blue” croquette and toasted cumin salt
  • Torch seared “Margaret River” 9+ Wagyu nigiri, ponzu, seaweed salt
  • Gochujang “Margaret River” MB 8+ “Sir Harry” short rib slider, kimchi, Gruyere cheese
  • Slow braised “Margaret River” Wagyu beef cheek, “Pyengana” cheddar cheese and hazelnut scone, ginger marmalade
  • Wagyu fat and sea salt caramels, dark chocolate mousse
  • Selection of local and imported cheese with all the condiments and of course Wood Frog Bakery fruit toast and crunchy baguettes
