The CTP Regulator invites clinicians to attend this Whiplash Education Forum, presented by specialist physiotherapists and internationally recognised researchers.
As part of the Regulator’s commitment to promoting improved health and return to function outcomes for people injured in motor vehicle accidents in South Australia, we are proud to host Professor Michele Sterling and Professor Trudy Rebbeck in Adelaide to speak at the forum. The forum is aimed at upskilling clinicians in their assessment, management and treatment of whiplash-related injuries and neck pain, guided by current best practice research.
The forum will provide the opportunity for clinicians to hear about the latest whiplash research and best practice management guidelines, as well as the rare opportunity to learn practical skills from the speakers. It aims to provide clinicians with improved understanding and practical application for the assessment and management of whiplash-related injuries, to improve outcomes for their patients.
This free, registered event, sponsored by ReturntoWorkSA, provides you with the opportunity to attend in person for a full or half-day, or join a live stream of the morning session. The morning session will provide an overview of the latest draft whiplash guidelines and the current evidence supporting best practice assessment and management of whiplash-related injuries and neck pain. The afternoon session will focus on the practical application of best practice assessment and management, as well clinical reasoning and case studies.
