Frequently asked questions

Do I have to stay with my child at the workshop?

Yep. You will love sharing this experience together. All children must be supervised by adults at all times.

Will we work on the floor?

Yes, this workshop will be floor based but there are plenty of chairs available too.

What is the best age range?

4-8 is a good guide for the age range that best suits this workshop. I will pitch the half hour discussion at the start of the workshop to this age range. If you think your child will enjoy the experience book them in.

I am a Blackwood based artist and I wanted to bring some of my workshop experiences to share within the beautiful setting of this special little forest hamlet town. I am interested in understanding ecology and I go in search of narratives that can help us reconsider our world as a cyclical and shared habitat. I believe that art can help us to learn, to think and to build positive future visions and so, I have created this playful program of workshops based on ecological themes to share with you. Hope to see you there.
