Welcome to the William Creek 7th Annual Outback Fly-In 2024!
Come join us at the William Creek Hotel for a weekend filled with aviation enthusiasts, breathtaking views, and good vibes. Whether you're a seasoned pilot or just love watching planes take off, this event is perfect for you.
Get ready for thrilling seminars, delicious food, live music, and fun activities for all ages. Don't forget to bring your camping gear if you want to stay under the stars and truly immerse yourself in the Outback experience.
Fly-in in your aircraft and park up on the main street or drive into William Creek along the famed Oodnadatta Track. Whatever way you get here, our street will be paved with aircraft. We are very excited as for the first time, the Oodnadatta Track will be closed in front of the historic, heritage listed William Creek Hotel for the AFL Grand Final on the big screen.
You won't want to miss out on all the entertainment and activities including: live band, 2024 AFL Grand Final screening on the BIG SCREEN, seminars, meet & greets, pub trivia, town tour with Trevor Wright, competitions, prizes + more.
Register today with your aircraft registration, full name and State. Upon registration you will receive a detailed program, town map, and additional information.
Wrist bands can be purchased upon arrival for $220pp which includes:
- Lunch & dinner (Friday 27th September)
- Breakfast, lunch & dinner (Saturday September 28th )
- Breakfast & lunch (Sunday September 29th)
- Finger food, all day tea & coffee
- Underwing camping
- Seminars

We have plenty of room for camping but our other accommodation options are filling fast. These include ensuite/non-ensuite rooms, glamping or if you only need some warm cosy bedding, we also have limited swags for hire.
