Celebrating the Margaret River region with the Vasse Felix "Filius" Range of wines. We will be pouring 3 of these champions and each will be paired with food for your enjoyment.
Jo Stumbles from Sam Smith & Sons will be available throughout the evening to share some initial insights into the wines and will be available for general questions.
Dion has created a menu that he believes will compliment each of the wines to ensure maximum enjoyment with balanced flavours for all.
Entree 1- Panfried Scallops with Thai Green Curry Infusion (GF, DF)
Entree 2- Chicken Roulade wrapped with Prosciutto & Tomato Herb Salad (GF, DF)
Main Course- "Lamb Wellington", Lamb Rump wrapped in spinach, mushroom Duxelle, puff pastry netting, red wine jus.(GF can be an option if ordered, DF)
These events will be capped at 40 guests (2 x long table sof 20), so please get booking to secure your seats.
Gates open at 5:30pm for a pre-dinner bevvy and food service will begin promptly at 6pm.
