Jessica Gethin is an award-winning conductor, musician, artistic advisor and fierce advocate for women in music. Jessica was the inaugural Chief Conductor of the Perth Symphony Orchestra (2011-2019) and holds significant roles including Principal Conductor of the West Australian Ballet; Head of Orchestral Studies and Conducting at Edith Cowan University’s WA Academy of Performing Arts; and Artistic Advisor at Orchestra Victoria.

Hailed as ‘exuberant’, ‘superb’ and a ‘force to be reckoned with’, acclaimed Australian conductor Jessica Gethin has been praised by audiences and critics alike for her stellar musicianship, vibrant energy and charismatic stage presence.
