About
The Blue Gum Hornsby Hike is a scenic loop that winds through native blue gum forest, traverses single tracks with stunning valley views, crosses a natural bridge called The Washpools, and descends to Fishponds Waterhole. The return route follows a fire trail back to Rosemead Road Park. Along the way, you may spot local wildlife, including echidnas, wallabies, and lace monitor lizards.

There are a few steps and one steep hill, but it’s not overly long. We’ll take it slow, and our team will ensure all women feel supported, regardless of fitness or experience level.
Can I bring my dog?
Sorry, no pets are allowed on this hike.

We love encouraging young women to explore the outdoors, but these walks are for women over 18 years only.
