About this event

Welcome to our Women's Health Webinar - 'Exercise and Fertility'!

The ability for exercise to influence fertility is not to be underestimated. This is a recording from our Women’s Health Clinical Team Lead, Caitlin Clarke who unpacks the research on how the exercise approach changes for different conditions and individuals.

We review what evidence and recommendations are available for women classified as apparently healthy, diagnosed with PCOS, or even those undergoing IVF.

By understanding how exercise can both positively and negatively influence fertility, we can assist women to optimise their chances of conception.
