Bring your favourite abhyanga (massage) oil, essential oils, and something plant-based and yummy - make new friends as you relax and unwind in Nature.

Swimming, self-care, sunshine, plus I'll guide us through a Yoga Nidra followed by some harmonium accompanies sacred chant.

Feel free to bring a friend, your daughters, nieces, mother, grandmother - all welcome!
