Join us as we slow down and create intention, reconnect & reflect, in stepping into awakening our Inner Child. In this circle our intention is to soften and open our hearts deeply to ourselves. To offer ourselves the gift of awakening the little girl within.
Reconnect to a younger YOU in a space that is all about you. Fill your cup first with calming and grounding rituals that will rejuvenate you.
🌸 Women’s Soul Immersion provides a nourishing and safe space to share your thoughts and emotions supported by ritual, format, meditation, inspirational activities, and music.
Take away exactly what you need from the Circle experience with and option of sharing your own journey and experience.
• A beautiful guided meditation to allow yourself to come gently into your body and consider what you may wish to give voice to.
• Creative practices to open your heart and connect with your divine feminine
• You are invited to share anything that comes up for you, no matter how big or small or simply enjoy the peace of not having anything expected of you.
• Real and authentic connection with other women.
• A gentle place to unravel, unload and be understood.
• A safer, confidential and judgment free space where you ask for and take what you need.
What You Will Need:
• A yoga mat or towel
• Pen and journal
• Pillows for comfort
• Glass of water or maybe even cacao
• A photo of a younger YOU (between 3-8 years old)
• This is a morning all about YOU - wear something comfy that brings out that feminine energy and makes you shine.
•A hat, sunglasses and Sunscreen - just in case there isn't alot of shade
