This course will explore the bold and graphic nature of relief woodblock printmaking to create a multi-colour original print.

Participants will learn how to prepare blocks, techniques to transfer imagery, carving methods, ink preparation and rolling up techniques – along with registration methods for multi-block works.

Participants will learn how to print by hand, using an etching press or an antique Albion press to create their own origianl limited edition fine art print.
