Guidelines for Challenging Conversations
Become a more capable conversationalist! In this module, you’ll gain a framework for navigating conversations, and also the techniques you need to get off to a flying start. There’s also a comprehensive checklist that you can use to recap practices for your business. Check it out!
Addressing Objections
Now it’s time to examine how to react when, for example, workers prove difficult to conversate with, or when someone claims that the difficulties were caused by their disability.
Dealing with Unfavourable Hair Days
In this session learn how take control hair health. We will look at options hair management. Give suggestions about dandruff problems… You uncover steps take professional attire!
Addressing Body Piercings and Tattoos
Individuals will be given tools and approaches to have conversations about aesthetically driven practices such as tattoos and piercings, while being able to address emergent concerns.
Assisting Employees with Dress Code Etiquette
Participants will learn about appropriate dress code breaches and how to handle gender issues, and will also be taught how to provide employees with the appropriate clothes.
Dealing with Unpleasant Breath
Get ready to learn about halitosis! In this course, we will talk about the reasons for bad breath, as well as ways to combat it. In addition to this you will learn some general advice on how to discuss oral hygiene habits with employees.
Managing Body Odor
Next we’ll look at some ways to address hygiene and fragrance issues in the workplace, before turning our attention to how we can handle situations where there are concerns about drugs and alcohol between colleagues. We’ll look at how these sensitive topics can be addressed sensitively, respectfully and discreetly.
Tackling Gastrointestinal Problems
Jump in for a session on dealing with incontinence and flatulence in the workplace: together, we’ll figure out what to do!
Breaking Bad Habits
This will help the participants identify the hygiene habit they want to make an effort to change. They will then brainstorm a solution for the hygiene routine to help change the habit and be consistent.
Putting It into Practice
At the end of the day, participants will be presented with hygiene scenarios, which they’ll have to struggle through. Get feedback to better your development.
Wrapping Up the Workshop
At the close of the programme, there will be time allowed for questions from the participants and for the development of an action plan. This way, they can expect to leave well equipped, with the tools they’ll need to succeed.
