Understanding Workplace Harassment

In this session you will be able to identify of bullying in your workplace. After describing the bully's frame of mind and the most common of their you can make sure that such a behaviour won't occur again.

Managing Workplace Violence

Participants will explore ways to prevent workplace violence, discovering methods to ensure a safe environment in any work setting.

Different Types of Behaviour

This is featured in a session designed to help participants understand the type of behaviours that workplace bully’s exhibit. When you recognize the issues, you can plan long term solutions for management, in any workplace setting.

Assessing Risks

Participants are going to concentrate on the risks involved when harassment or any kind of violence happen. The ways to avert risks from harassment or violence are going to be discussed.

In conclusion, participants will concern themselves with the risks facing employees. The ways not to permit risks stemming from harassment or violence to happen to employees will be discussed.

Being a Victim

During the workshop we will give he needed tooles or fellytys (tools or felicity) to make patron our selfe to be wise and secure.
