Our Yin, Live Music & Sound event is a transformative experience combining meditation, gentle movment and sound healing. Essence of Place will share live, gentle music combined with sound therapy while Damien guides you through gentle yin yoga, to release physical tension and promote relaxation.

Essenence of Place will the nimmerse you in a sound journey, combining nature recordings, crystal bowls, chimes, percussion, live instruments, guitar, voice and harmony to create evocative therapeutic soundscapes and music pieces.
