How do I apply my Member Discount?

You will need to enter this Member code whilst selecting your tickets on Eventbrite. Please ensure you select "Enter promo code" before heading to the "Check out".

What is the refund policy?

Refund on tickets purchased are available via the Eventbrite website up to 7 days before the event. After this date, no refunds will be available on tickets purchased unless due to special circumstances.
