Yoga for kids

Join a family-friendly yoga session for beginners aged 8-15 years and get moving in front of the beautiful bay windows in Boondall Wetlands Environment Centre. Play, stretch, and move while soaking up views of the wetlands. Participants can do what they can and go at their own pace.

Please bring a yoga mat per participant (you may bring a towel, but a mat is preferred).

After the yoga session, visit the environment centre or you might like to continue relaxing in nature by exploring nearby walking tracks in the reserve.

Note: This activity will be delivered indoors. Events are subject to weather and environmental conditions and may be cancelled on the day.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION BEFORE YOU REGISTER

• Suitable for ages 8 - 15 years.
• All children must be accompanied and supervised by an adult.
• All adults and children attending require a ticket. A ratio of 1 adult supervising up to a maximum of 4 children is required.
• Maximum 5 tickets per booking.

ON THE DAY OF THE EVENT

• Please arrive 10 minutes before starting time to check in with staff at the environment centre.
• Please bring a yoga mat per participant (you may bring a towel, but a mat is preferred).
• We recommend sun-safe clothing, enclosed shoes, sunscreen, and insect repellent if you plan on exploring the wetlands after your indoor yoga session.
• Bring water and a snack if required, as there are no food outlets on site.
