With a flow through an intuitive Myofascial Pilates practice that harmonizes movement with our body’s inner architecture, we unlock deep strength, release fascia tension and enhance fluidity. As we follow into an exploration of holistic facial sculpting and lymphatic drainage techniques, we learn and enhance the relief of stress related tension in face and neck and awaken our inner and outer radiance through detoxification.

We love that you consider going on a day retreat before having a baby and we encourage this time for yourself to check in, get pampered and learn habits and routines that you can maintain when life gets busier. All exercises and activities can be modified for pregnancy. We will look after you.
Of course and welcome! This could be the start of your regular practice and some amazing changes in your body and overall wellbeing. We love to make all our offerings accessible even if you are a beginner, since we all have started as a beginner somewhere. There is no pre experience needed.
Yes, our Pilates teacher is a trained Physiotherapist and will tailor the exercises to present injuries and health limitations. Please let us know about any health conditions, surgeries and injuries you have had in your booking form. All information are treated discrete and confidential.
