Youth Athlete Development Workshop: Strength & Nutrition
Is your child passionate about sports? Give them a head start this school holiday with our special two-part workshop designed to fuel young athletes both on and off the field. Here’s what they’ll gain:
- Introduction to Strength and Conditioning Training Session: A 60-minute session with our expert 23W Team to learn the fundamentals of athlete development through a progressive strength and conditioning workout.
- Nutrition Mastery with Ange Alexandrakis: 60-minute nutrition workshop to dive into building the perfect athlete plate, mastering fueling strategies, hydration, recovery techniques, and more!
This event is suited to junior athletes (all genders) age 11-17.
