Youth Food Project (YFP) is a FREE interactive program for young adults and adults across the Brimbank local council area, looking to connect with others over a delicious free meal, building social connectedness through food and cooking.
Learn to cook, learn budget friendly cooking and make new friends. Participants will cook a meal and then discuss issues affecting them. This program is about cooking, and sharing a delicous free meal with a growing group of new friends and community.
Once registered all meals will be adjusted to be dietary friendly
Halal, vego and vegan food options available.
If you are a food enthusiast and want to involve in planning the menu and teaching the cooking or just want to learn cooking then join us. The cooking is to focus on affordable and sustainable food, food from different cultural backgrounds and suits diverse food and dietary needs.
