No prior experience is required, but basic familiarity with Zoho or general marketing tools will be helpful. The training will cover both fundamentals and more advanced usage.
Please bring a laptop and charger. Wi-Fi will be provided. It’s also helpful to bring access to your Zoho account if you have one, so you can follow along in your own environment
Yes. Morning tea, lunch, and afternoon tea will be provided on both days. Please advise of any dietary requirements when registering.

Training runs from 9:00am to 5:00pm on both days, with short breaks and a lunch break included. An optional networking session is held from 5:00pm to 6:30pm on Day 2.
No, this is a live, in-person training event. Materials and guidance will be provided, but recordings are not included.
Yes. There will be Q&A time built into each day. You can also speak with the trainers during breaks or the networking session for more specific advice.
