The ANU School of Politics and International Relations (SPIR) has a long history of excellence in research, undergraduate education and postgraduate supervision. The School of Politics and International Relations has produced path-breaking work on political parties, public administration, trade unions, pressure groups, elections and political behaviour. The School has also focused on Australian and international Public Policy and Public sector management, for many years.
