I am inspired and fueled by Nature, and in 2018 was Certified as a Forest Therapy Guide by the Association of Nature and Forest Therapy Guides (ANFT). The ANFT is the leading global voice for forest therapy, setting the standards for nature and forest therapy guides worldwide.

I bring a diverse skill-set and over 35 years of facilitation and guiding experience to my work. Born in Vancouver, I first began guiding people in Nature in 1986 when I was a horseback guide in Jasper, Alberta, and then in Australia. Working with animals and being in nature on a daily basis was a dream. It was then that I realized the benefits of being immersed by nature and the positive effects it had on me, and others.

My curiosity led me to learn more through Permaculture Design, Biophilic Design and Growth Consulting. Through these experiences, I developed a nature-led framework that empowers people to build resilience through life's many transitions - including death. In my End of Life and Advance Care Planning workshops, I use a heart-centered approach to end-of-life and advance-care planning using coaching tools.

My mission is to inspire and empower you to face life’s transitions with resilience, so you can live fully and intentionally, navigate change, cultivate resilience, and foster meaningful connections across your personal, and professional, life.
