My name is Natalie, and I’m an Integrative Clinical Hypno-Psychotherapist, Quantum Biofeedback Practitioner, Author of Discover Your Hidden Potential, Teacher, and Energy Healer. I also host a Podcast and YouTube channel called Breadcrumbs to Blueprints, where we explore psychics, the supernatural, alternative healing modalities. I am the founder and owner of the A l t r a m i n d A c a d e m y, The Healing Room Adelaide & Altramind Hypnotherapy.

My true passion lies in helping others heal, overcome unwanted habits, fears, and phobias, and unlock their fullest potential. I work with you to remove obstacles, enabling you to become the best version of yourself. My practice includes Past Life Regression Hypnotherapy and Tesla Metamorphosis Energy Healing, offering profound tools for transformation.

Each event begins with a guided hypnosis session (trance state), enhanced by my magical light machine, which uses brainwave entrainment through light to deepen the experience. These events are designed to be deeply relaxing and transformative. Please bring a yoga mat, cushions, and a blanket to fully immerse yourself in this journey of healing and discovery.

In addition, I teach workshops at the WEA on Angus Street, Adelaide, including Intuition, Discover Your Hidden Potential (based on my motivational book), and healing-focused sessions. As a trained Tesla Metamorphosis Energy Healer, I’m dedicated to guiding you on your path to wellness and empowerment.
