Simone is deeply passionate about energy, self-awareness and the power of inner alignment. As a leadership and empowerment coach, she creates transformational spaces where people can reconnect with themselves, gain clarity and expand in both life and business. With a background in coaching, leadership development and human behaviour, her work blends practical wisdom with intuitive insight. Whether guiding deep-dive coaching experiences, facilitating leadership workshops, or hosting The Connection Circle, Simone brings warmth (infused with humour), grounded energy and a deep belief that true growth starts from within.

Jill is a former geophysicist turned business strategist, facilitator and speaker. She loves seeing business owners bring their vision to life, build impactful businesses, and live fully - because life doesn’t stop when we’re working. With a solid background in business and science, Jill understands the power of blending strong business foundations with personal growth and meaningful leadership. Jill is known for her grounded presence and her rule-breaking spirit, always questioning the norm and looking beyond what’s commonly accepted as true. When she’s not reimagining possibilities with her clients, you’ll find her meditating, moving her body, spending time with her family, or walking her border collie, Toby, in sunny Perth, Australia.
