Stephanie Shochat-Gruss

Dedicated Expressive Arts Therapist and Professional Counsellor with 25 years of experience, passionate about working with children, adults, families, and seniors. She guides clients in overcoming emotional blocks and connecting authentically with themselves.

As an artist and art hive facilitator, she engages individuals from diverse backgrounds in arts-based activities that foster community and combat isolation. Since 2013, she has supported seniors with dementia through creative therapies that enhance mental and physical well-being, bringing joy to their lives.

In 2015, she began working as an Educational Assistant in schools and private settings, helping children with special needs improve communication, executive functioning, and social skills. This experience highlighted the significant impact of arts-based interventions on emotional and physical wellness, which lead her to complete a Master's in Expressive Art Therapy and a Diploma in Professional Counselling.

With a background in Mandala painting, Decluttering, and Feng Shui since 1997, her consultations have helped individuals and families in Germany and Canada create organized, peaceful living environments, leading to improved communication, self-care, and successful home businesses.
