Faye is a heart centred Wellness Professional, certified in Usui Reiki and Sound Therapy. Her passion is Reiki, a form of energy work which led her to creating Sunflower Reiki Brisbane enabling her to turn her passion into her way of life for herself and others.

Faye’s approach to wellbeing is “live your life in limitless ways that are right for you” meaning that through life’s roller coaster, go with whatever resonates and aligns with you energetically at any given moment. In essence Faye sees, feels and experiences her world and the world around her as limitless spectrums, cycles and layers etc. whilst at the same time experiencing life’s paradoxes - seeing and feeling the expansiveness and coexistence of all living things whilst connecting with a sense of clarity and trust for her own unique existence.

Moving to Australia was the catalyst for Faye’s own profound wellbeing journey following significant life experiences. With the support of her partner and multiple modalities Faye shifted and shed a lot of energies associated with old and deep-rooted beliefs & behaviours that no longer served her, transitioning from survival mode living life from her head to thriving and living life from her heart & soul with her playful inner child and nurturing adult. She is committed to honouring all parts of herself through thick and thin with an openness to connection, flow, wisdom and balance.
