Rue is an accredited Artisan Cheese Maker who comes from a rich history of four generations of making cheese. Rue focuses on the preservation of traditional cheese making. Tasting cheese is subjective as we all taste, smell and interpret cheese through our unique lenses.

Rue has established herself in inner suburban Melbourne offering education, appreciation, learning about the origins of cheese and the different methods of Artisan cheese making. The aim of the cheese making programs is to provide you with a awareness of difference cheeses and a wonderful cheese making experience. The workshops will enable you to make your own cheese by hand.
